A small housing development in the Dock Conservation area of Bridgwater of 400m2 built area comprising two separate elements for two Housing Associations. A seven person shared housing unit complete with communal areas and warden’s flat and two separate self-contained one bedroomed flats.

Poor ground conditions required the use of pile and ground beam foundations, and the roof is covered with clay pantiles to reflect local tradition.
